Uniform
The Governors require all children to wear School uniform, which is a reinforcement of the child belonging to St. Joseph’s. It is available directly from the following suppliers:

Boys
Plain white polo shirt or white polo shirt with the School crest;
Grey sweatshirt with School crest;
Grey/Black trousers, or shorts in summer (after Easter through to October half term)
Socks may be plain white/navy/grey or black
Girls
Plain white polo shirt, or white polo shirt with the School crest;
Grey sweatshirt with School crest;
Grey skirt, or grey/black trousers.
A blue striped/gingham dress may be worn in summer (after Easter through to October half term), as an alternative.
Socks/tights may be white/navy/grey/or black, and should be plain, with no patterns.
Shoes
Only flat, black/navy shoes or boots should be worn. In the interest of safety, all shoes/sandals should have covered toes and ankle supports and no ‘Ugg’ style boots.
PE Kit
Plain white t-shirt and black shorts. Pumps/Trainers kept in a named PE Bag on child’s peg at school. Black/Grey joggers may be worn/advised in colder weather.
Trainers are only allowed for Athletics during PE sessions; therefore, the School would like to discourage the wearing of trainers in place of School shoes.
ALL UNIFORM/BELONGINGS MUST BE CLEARLY LABELLED WITH THE CHILD’S NAME.
Please note: make-up, nail enamel or jewellery is not suitable for school. Plain stud earrings only and a watch (Y3 – Y6) may be worn. Medication for chapped lips is permissible providing there is a valid medical reason.
